Download the Dexcom ONE+ app from the App Store or Google Play store to your compatible smart device.* Follow the onscreen instructions, including watching the in-app training videos in full.
Before upgrading your smart device or its operating system, check the compatibility page. Automatic updates can change settings or shut down the app so we advise manually updating.

Q. How do I create a Dexcom user account?
If you ordered your supplies through this website, you can log in with the same Dexcom account details (email and password).
If you receive your Dexcom ONE+ on prescription and don’t yet have a Dexcom account, you will be prompted to create an account either in the app or on-line when setting up your device for the first time.
Don’t forget to remind your Healthcare Professional to add your Dexcom ONE+ onto your repeat prescription requests.
