How can I prevent any issues while traveling?

We understand that traveling requires careful planning, and we want to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, here are some tips to help you travel with confidence.
  • If possible carry some backup sensors in case you experience sensor failure
  • Travel with a blood glucose meter (BGM)
  • If you have a Dexcom receiver, it makes a great backup to your app. Bring it, its USB cable and charger If necessary, bring a power converter or adapter for the countries you’re visiting.
If you need a receiver, contact Dexcom or the Dexcom distributor in your country of residence.
