First, confirm that you can create a Dexcom account using your mobile number. Can I create a Dexcom account using my mobile number?
If you can create an account with your mobile number, follow these instructions to get started.
To create an account using your mobile number:
  1. Select Mobile phone.
  2. Choose the country (country code) and enter your phone number. You can enter any mobile number you have access to. Its country code doesn’t have to match your country of residence.
  3. If you accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, check the box.
  4. Select Send code. We’ll text you a code to verify your identity. This safety measure helps protect your personal information.
When you get the code:
  1. Enter it.
  2. Select Confirm.
  3. Follow onscreen instructions to continue setting up your account.

I entered my mobile number incorrectly.
  1. Select Edit phone number.
  2. Re-enter your mobile number.
  3. Follow onscreen instructions to continue.
I didn’t get a code.
  • Confirm that your phone number is correct.
