Battery longevity is about 7 days on a full charge, and it takes about 3 hours for the battery to fully charge.
Will logged Events show on my Clarity report?
Any event that is entered into your display device will show up on Dexcom Clarity graphs when your data is uploaded from your Dexcom ONE+ app or you upload your receiver to Clarity.

What does the Signal Loss alert mean?
Your display device may be too far from your sensor or there may be something, such as a wall or water, between your sensor and your display device.

What does the "Bluetooth is off" alert mean?
The "Bluetooth is off" alert means this function is turned off. It will either show as App Bluetooth is off or Phone Bluetooth is off. Bluetooth must be on to get glucose information on your smart device*.

Replacing your DexcomONE+ sensor
My 10-day sensor session is going to end soon, and I want to change my sensor early. Can I change the sensor now?
The Dexcom ONE+ sensor is indicated to be worn for up to 10 days, plus a 12-hour grace period at the end. You can replace your sensor sooner.
How do I replace my sensor and start a new sensor session?
Each sensor session lasts up to 10 days with a 12-hour grace period at the end. The grace period gives you more time to replace your sensor, so you can do it when it's convenient for you.

Can my Followers customise notifications?
Your Follower can customise notifications. For example, they can change their settings so they know when you go below 3.9 mmol/L for more than 30 minutes.

How do I set up Share and invite Followers?
To set up Share, tap the Share icon on your app home screen. Then follow the instructions on the screens. Once you are set up, invite someone to become your Follower by tapping Invite Followers.
