To get set up, watch the video, then follow the instructions to download the Dexcom ONE app to your smartphone.*
Download the Dexcom ONE app from the App Store or Google Play store to your compatible smart device.* Follow the on-screen instructions, including watching the in-app training videos in full.

Reuse your Transmitter
Your transmitter lasts up to 3 months. Reuse it for multiple sensor sessions. Your Dexcom ONE tells you when your transmitter will need to be replaced, starting 3 weeks before.
When the transmitter has less than 1 sensor session of battery life left, you will not be able to use it to start a new sensor session.
Remember to ensure that your transmitter is added to your repeat prescription requests.

Q.How do I create a Dexcom user account?
If you ordered your supplies through this website, you can log in with the same Dexcom account details (email and password).
If you received funding for your Dexcom ONE and don’t yet have a Dexcom account, set one up in the app using the inapp instructions.
