What is Dexcom ONE+?
Dexcom ONE+ features an all-in-one sensor and updated app‡ so you can monitor your glucose levels with more ease.§*1 Using a simple, one-touch applicator, the sensor is inserted just beneath your skin. With no finger pricking|| or scanning ever, it continuously measures your glucose levels, day and night, sending 24/7 automatic CGM readings to your smartphone or Dexcom receiver.‡ It also offers a range of alerts that will notify you when your glucose levels go too high or too low.
Dexcom ONE+ comes with the Dexcom Follow¶ app, allowing your friends and family to see your glucose data on their smartphone‡ and also get the same alerts that you do for real-time support and immediate action. With Dexcom Clarity,# you can view your glucose data over different periods to spot longer-term trends or patterns. For example, comparing your glucose levels over a number days might help you identify that you're going either high or low at certain times of day. You can also share this data with your care team** to create tailored diabetes treatment plans.

Dexcom ONE+ features (and benefits)
From its smaller size to added features, such as the Dexcom Follow app,¶ grace period and faster warm-up time,†† Dexcom ONE+ has many added benefits. Let’s take a closer look at them.
Sensor size
Measuring at only 24mm x 27.3mm x 4.6mm (approximately the size of three 10 pence coins), Dexcom ONE+ is 60% smaller than previous generations,†,5 such as Dexcom ONE and Dexcom G6. Along with Dexcom G7, it’s our smallest and most comfortable sensor.§§5,6
As the only CGM with multiple wear locations,‡‡ it allows for greater flexibility, so you can wear it discreetly† under clothing or proudly display it without worrying about your sensor getting in the way.
All-in-one sensor
Dexcom ONE+ offers a new sleek design that combines the sensor and transmitter into one convenient unit. Not only does this offer you more discretion† but, by removing the extra step to attach the transmitter, it makes sensor application simpler.
In fact, people that use Dexcom ONE+ have reported that it’s even easier to use than previous generations of CGM systems.§*1 With 95% of patients describing mild or no discomfort, sensor insertion is virtually painless.§§,5,6
Dexcom Follow app
You don’t have to manage diabetes all on your own. The Dexcom ONE+ app‡ includes a Share and Follow¶ feature, allowing you to automatically share your glucose readings and alerts with family, friends and carers.
Warm-up time and Grace Period
When starting a new sensor session, Dexcom ONE+ has a 30-minute warm-up time, compared to a 2-hour warm-up time with Dexcom ONE and Dexcom G6. That makes it twice as fast as any other CGM system on the market,†† allowing you to focus less on managing diabetes and more on enjoying life.
The all-new grace period gives you 12 hours between sensor changes (when starting a new sensor session).7,8 This allows you to change your sensor at a time that’s most convenient for you and offers a more seamless transition.##
Lifestyle features
