Chris, Dexcom Warrior

Meet Chris

Chris Bright is a semi-professional footballer who trains hard, plays harder and is constantly driving to improve his performance.
“Life now is incomparable to how it was before”, Chris says.
“Wearing Dexcom G6 for the past three years has made all the difference. The last couple of years have been the best of my part-time playing career. That wouldnʼt have happened if I hadnʼt been able to get the consistency in my glucose levels”.
Dexcom Warrior Ava

Meet Ava

Before Dexcom G6, Ava wasn’t able to go round to her friends houses to play because her mum, Rebecca, couldn’t predict what her glucose levels might do.
“Now she has Dexcom G6, she is able to do all of these things again because I can see her levels from home.|| She also knows what she needs to do when her alerts sound, which gives her some independence at managing her condition.”
Find out more about Ava and Rebecca’s story and how things have changed for them since starting on Dexcom G6 real-time CGM.
Dexcom Warrior Olivia

Meet Olivia

Olivia tragically lost her first baby at 8 weeks pregnant, at a time when she was experiencing but not registering an increased number of hyperglycaemic events.
During her second pregnancy, she started using Dexcom CGM systems, which helped her to keep tighter glycaemic control and spend more time in range. She welcomed her little boy in September 2019.
