Customisable glucose alerts to suit you

Switching on the high and low alerts can help you stay in your target range. The Dexcom app allows you to:
  • Activate and deactivate alerts to suit your lifestyle.
  • Personalise your High and Low Alert threshold.
  • Select the alert mode that works for you – choose from 9 different sound notifications, or vibration.
  • Customise the system to choose when to receive high alerts – designed to reduce frequency of hypos-(glycaemia) after high glucose readings.
The Dexcom app alerts will follow your phone’s settings so you will not hear high or low glucose alerts if your phone is set to silent (sound is turned off).
