How can I share my sensor data with my healthcare team?
You can now easily share your data with your healthcare team through the Dexcom sensor app or a web browser. Obtain the Clarity Clinic Code from your healthcare provider and follow these simple steps.
Within your Dexcom sensor app:
- Open your Dexcom sensor app on your smartphone
- Tap the Connections Tab
- Tap Clarity Clinic and tap “Continue”
- Enter the Clarity Clinic Code when prompted.
- Confirm clinic details and tap “Done” when finished.
- Clarity clinic will remain an active connection in the Connections Tab of your Dexcom CGM App and you can use it to stop sharing and/or share with other Clarity clinics.
You can stop sharing your data anytime by selecting the clinic under Connected Clinics and tap Stop Sharing.
If your health care provider does not have a Dexcom Clarity clinic account you can download or print PDF reports through Dexcom Clarity.
Through a web browser:
- Navigate to connect.dexcom.eu (.jp for Japan and Singapore; .eu for ROW)
- Login with your Dexcom Credentials
- Enter the Clarity Clinic Code when prompted.
- Confirm clinic details and tap “Done” when finished.
- Clarity clinic will remain an active connection in the Connections Tab of your Dexcom CGM App and you can use it to stop sharing and/or share with other Clarity clinics.
*Healthcare providers can register for Dexcom Clarity at clarity.dexcom.com/professional/registration.
