Why can't I adjust my target range in the Dexcom G7 Clarity Card?

Although you can change your target range in the Dexcom Clarity App and website, the G7 Clarity Card display defaults to the following recommended ranges from an international consensus:
  • Target Range: 3.9-10.0 mmol/L
  • Very High: Above 13.9 mmol/L
  • Very Low: Below 3.0 mmol/L
The target range default of 3.9-10.0 mmol/L may affect the calculations seen within the Dexcom G7 Clarity Card and may differ from the customizable ranges you can set in the Dexcom Clarity App and website.
† An internet connection is required for users to send their glucose data to Dexcom Clarity via a compatible smart device: dexcom.com/compatibility. Healthcare providers will only be able to view a user’s glucose data if the user selects to share it with them through Dexcom Clarity.
