How should I respond to the Signal Loss alert?

Dexcom G7 App
  1. Charge your phone battery to at least 20%.
  2. Turn Bluetooth off. Then turn it back on.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Keep your display device within 20 feet of your sensor. Remove any obstructions between them (for example: walls, your body, and water).
  5. Remove used sensors from the Bluetooth devices list in your phone settings.
  6. Use recommended phone settings (iOS or Android) listed in the app at Profile > Phone Settings
  7. Keep the app open and display on your screen for 10 minutes.
  8. If not corrected, contact Technical Support.
Dexcom Receiver
  1. Keep your display device within 20 feet of your sensor. Remove any obstructions between them (for example: walls, your body, and water).
  2. Wait up to 30 minutes.
  3. If not corrected, submit a Product Support Request form.
