Do I need a Dexcom account to access Dexcom CLARITY?

Yes. If you are currently using Dexcom G6 and have downloaded the Dexcom G6 app, then you have already created a Dexcom account and can use this to log in to Dexcom CLARITY. Be sure not to create a new or duplicate account. Your username and password can also be used with the Dexcom CLARITY Uploader tool. If you are having trouble logging in with your login credentials, you can reset your username and/or password here or contact 24/7 Technical Support at 1-844-832-1810 (option 3).
