Can all Dexcom users log in with their email?
No. You can’t log in with your email unless you used it to create and verify your Dexcom account.
I’m a current Dexcom user transitioning to a different Dexcom CGM system. Can I update my user ID and log in with my mobile number?
No. The unique user ID you created when you set up your account is linked to all your glucose information. It can’t be changed.
How do I know if my cerification code will be send in an email or text message?
Your user ID determines whether you will get a verification code by email or text message
Does signing up with my mobile number affect how I log in?
Yes. If you sign up with your mobile number, it becomes your Dexcom user ID. You’ll use it to log in to all Dexcom apps and services.

We understand that traveling requires careful planning, and we want to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible.
Why can’t I press the applicator button?
Press the applicator more firmly against your skin before pushing the button.
Why am I getting a Bluetooth alert when I am pairing my sensor?
Bluetooth information is used to pair your Dexcom sensor.
Does Dexcom G7 have a sensor code?
Dexcom G7 is factory calibrated. Unlike G6 sensors, the G7 sensors are pre-programmed with the factory calibration setting so you don’t need to enter a sensor code.

What should I do if my sensor reading and blood glucose value don’t match?
Whether you’re new to Dexcom or experienced, review product instructions before using Dexcom CGM. Keep using your blood glucose meter to make treatment decisions until you know how Dexcom works for you.
Can I get Dexcom G7 wet?
Once inserted, the sensor is waterproof to 2.4 meters. This is not the case for the receiver.
Can I wear Dexcom G7 through security or while flying?
You can wear your sensor when going through walk-through metal detectors or when hand-wanded. If you’re uncomfortable with the metal detectors, request a full-body pat down and visual inspection of your CGM device.
Using the Dexcom G7 App
Is the Dexcom G7 app compatible with Siri?
You can ask Siri to read your Dexcom glucose readings and show your graph on the lock screen.

Troubleshooting
I am experiencing skin irritation with Dexcom G7, what can I do?
The Dexcom G7 has a new sensor patch that contains medical-grade, pressure-sensitive, acrylic-based adhesive. All Dexcom adhesive formulations have passed irritation testing, allow for full sensor wear, and are latex free.
How can I prevent skin irritation?
Some people may be sensitive to the sensor adhesive, so extra care can help.
Android™ 15 is compatible, but I am still experiencing Signal Loss.
If you are experiencing Signal Loss after pairing a sensor you may not have the latest version of Android 15.
How should I respond to the Signal Loss alert?
