DexCom United States Text Messaging Campaign Program Private Short Code Terms of Use (Text Messaging)
DexCom uses text messages to communicate with our patients from time-to-time. For the convenience of our United States patients, DexCom has created an optional program using a United States Private Short Code ("Short Code") to provide regular Dexcom account notifications, reminders, and product support resources. You may subscribe to this optional text message program by opting in through a designated Dexcom marketing campaign by texting “JOIN” or other opt-in keywords to 48629. The following terms apply to the use of DexCom's United States Short Code Text Messaging Program.
DexCom 48629 Short Code Election
If you elect to join DexCom's United States Short Code consumer text messaging campaign, you may receive up to four (4) messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from DexCom, and we will not send you any text messages under any program unless you explicitly send a “JOIN” or other opt-in keyword to the Dexcom short code (48629).
STOP Information
To stop receiving notification messages, you can text "STOP" to 48629 and your mobile number will be removed from our subscriptions list.
To rejoin DexCom's consumer text messaging campaign after you have sent us a STOP message, you can opt back into the programming by texting “JOIN,” or other opt-in keywords and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
