Why isn't my transmitter working and/or why is my Dexcom CGM System telling me to pair a new transmitter?
Dexcom G6 transmitters are under a limited warranty for the first 90 days from activation provided that activation was within 5 months of the shipping date. You can find your transmitter activated date in the settings screen in your display device. If using a receiver device, go to Menu > Settings > Transmitter > Transmitter Info. If using the app, go to Settings > Transmitter. This will allow you to view the activated date. See image below for reference.
If your transmitter is more than 90 days old and not working, you must use a new transmitter. If your transmitter is less than 90 days from activation, contact Global Technical Support for troubleshooting by requesting a call back or by calling 1-844-607-8398.
