Why do I need to return my defective supplies?

We ask customers to return their defective supplies in a return kit so we can test the product to identify the problem and prevent future products from having the same issue. By returning defective units, you are helping us improve our product. Read this document for more information on how to use your return kit.
How to Use the Return Kit
Returning your wearable (sensor or transmitter):
  1. Using the adhesive back attach the used wearable to the plastic insert enclosed in the biohazard cup.
  2. Place the wearable device in the cup and close the cup.
  3. Place the biohazard cup in the UN3373 FedEx bag and seal the bag.
  4. Place the UN3373 FedEx bag in the large FedEx envelope and seal the envelope.
  5. Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the envelope.
Returning your applicator:
  1. Place the applicator in the enclosed plastic jar and close the jar.
  2. Place the plastic jar in the Sharp Object Disposal Pouch. Fold both ends of the pouch closed.
  3. Place the Sharp Object Disposal Pouch in the UN3373 FedEx bag and seal the bag.
  4. Place the UN3373 FedEx bag in the large FedEx envelope and seal the envelope.
  5. Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the envelope.
