Why won’t my Dexcom G6 app open on Android 14?
Dexcom released a Dexcom G6 Android app update that allows it to run on Android 14.
Update your G6 app to the latest Dexcom G6 app version (1.11.1 or above) to fix the issue.
If you don’t have access to the update yet, follow the steps below
- Go to your phone “Settings”
- Find the G6 app
- Tap “App Info”
- Tap “App battery usage”
- Choose “Unrestricted”
- Reopen the G6 app
