Can I customize notification settings in the Dexcom Follow app?
Yes. You can choose which glucose notifications you receive from each sharer during the invite process on the sharer's phone, as well as after the invitation and once the Dexcom Follow app has been connected to the sharer's data. Changes to settings in the Dexcom Follow app don’t affect the sharer’s CGM settings.*
The sharer decides if you can view their trend graph or not. If they choose to share their trend graph with you, go to their graph and then tap the gear icon. If your sharer isn’t sharing their graph, tap them in the list to change their notification settings.
* Separate Follow app and internet connection required. Users should always confirm readings on the Dexcom G6 app or receiver before making treatment decisions.
