Why am I being asked to update my smartphone's operating system (OS) to continue getting Dexcom G7 app updates?
We assess whether to keep supporting older operating systems (OS) for Dexcom apps on an annual basis. When an OS you are using is no longer supported for your Dexcom app, we will ask you to update your OS to continue getting app updates.
Does the Dexcom Follow app work with Dexcom G7?
Yes, the Dexcom Follow app works the same way as it did with the Dexcom G6 app on compatible smart devices.
