If you use a receiver, you log in to Clarity from a computer, connect your receiver, then follow Clarity&#x27;s Upload Instructions. The data stored on your receiver will appear instantly.

How does Dexcom Clarity get my data?

Any event that is entered into your CGM will show up on Dexcom Clarity graphs when your data is updated from your Dexcom G5 Mobile CGM System or you upload your receiver to Clarity.

Will events entered into my CGM receiver show up in Dexcom Clarity?

Time in Range is the percentage of time that glucose levels are in low, target and high ranges. Dexcom Clarity displays time in range from both daytime and nighttime ranges.

How are ranges defined for Time in Range?

Under the Devices section of Dexcom Clarity&#x27;s Overview page you will find the alert settings and last upload for the device. These settings are for your reference and are separate from Dexcom Clarity settings.

Does Dexcom Clarity have information about my receiver or smart device?

Login issues can be caused by having the incorrect country or region selected in your smartphone settings. Within smartphone settings, set the Region (iOS) and Language/Region (Android) to match your Dexcom account then.

Why do I see &quot;username or password are incorrect&quot; when I try to log into the Dexcom Clarity app on my smartphone? 

For every release, a notification banner is posted at the top of the Dexcom Clarity on the day of the release. Follow the banner&#x27;s link to read the release notes. If the Uploader software is updated, the notification banner posts 2 weeks before the release.

How do I know when Dexcom Clarity has been updated?

Yes, G6 does work with Clarity. Patients will not need to register again. If you are already sharing with your clinic, the clinic will not need to reconnect.

Will Dexcom Clarity work with G6? 

In Dexcom Clarity, use the Settings page to customize data display and sharing. Changes only apply to Dexcom Clarity and do not change any settings on your Dexcom CGM system.

How can I customize Dexcom Clarity?

Go to https://clarity.dexcom.eu from an internet browser with internet connection. Review Clarity&#x27;s list of computer and internet requirements if needed.

How do I get to Dexcom Clarity?

When the low utilization filter is applied, days with less than 50% CGM data capture will display.

What is a low utilization day?

The Clarity User Guide can be found and printed from the Clarity Help menu. Your local Dexcom representative can also provide a printed copy.

Where can I obtain a printed version of the Dexcom Clarity user guide?

It is possible to use both a smart device and a receiver to provide CGM data. The smart device system streams data to the Clarity server, where that data is made available for reports after three hours.

Can I use both a receiver and smart device with Dexcom Clarity?

Daily statistics are calculated values for the individual day of the week over the date range selected. For example, if the date range is for 14 days, all the CGM values collected on the two Mondays would be used in the Monday calculations.

How are the Daily and Hourly Statistics calculated?

The Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) is a licensed, standardized glucose report created by the International Diabetes Center (IDC). AGP provides a big picture view of your diabetes management and is only one part of understanding your glucose patterns.

What is the AGP Report?

All data uploaded into Dexcom Clarity will remain accessible as long as the product is available for use. Please note that upon logging in to Clarity for the first time, Clarity may show limited data depending on when the account was created.

How far back can I access my data?

At this time, there is no mechanism to import the data from Dexcom STUDIO into Dexcom Clarity. Data stored in Dexcom STUDIO will continue to be viewable within Dexcom STUDIO.
