I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Start by checking the status of your shipment using the Tracking Number from your Shipping Confirmation email and/or logging into the DPD app. You will be able to track and manage your Dexcom delivery and set your delivery preferences in the DPD app. If you have questions, please contact DPD first.
