UK Dexcom ONE+ Sampling Programme

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter of this programme is Dexcom UK Distribution Limited, registered in the United Kingdom with offices at "1 Tanfield, Edinburgh, Scotland EH3 5DA" (“Dexcom”).

2. Scope of Programme and Eligibility

The title of the programme is “Dexcom ONE+ Sample Programme” (the “Programme”). Eligible individuals can receive one (1) free Dexcom ONE+ Sensor in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”).
Eligibility requirements:
  • This Programme is open to UK residents aged 18 and over with diabetes. Parents/guardians of children with diabetes aged between 2 and 18 are also eligible.
  • Individuals who have not previously used or tested the Dexcom ONE+ system.
  • Individuals who are not eligible to receive the Dexcom ONE+ Sensor on prescription.
  • Individuals who have a mobile device compatible with the Dexcom ONE+ app. Please check the device compatibility guide, which can be found here.
By submitting a claim to this Programme, you confirm that you are eligible to claim one (1) free Dexcom ONE+ Sensor. Dexcom may require proof of eligibility and identity to prevent fraudulent activity.
Dexcom will not accept claims that do not comply with the eligibility criteria or where the individual has previously entered or received a Dexcom ONE+ Sensor. Dexcom reserves the right to disqualify claims that are contrary to the spirit or intention of the Programme.
Prior to claiming, ensure you have read and understood the purposes for which the Dexcom ONE+ System should be used. This information is available on the Dexcom website.
There is a limit of one (1) claim per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed. Claims on behalf of a dependent (child, relative, or other) are allowed as an exception. Please provide the personal details of the individual who will be using the Dexcom CGM system, name and date of birth must be provided at checkout.

3. Participation

The Programme commences on 01/08/2024 (“Start Date”). Dexcom will announce any closing date on its website but reserves the right to terminate the Programme at any time.
To receive one (1) free Dexcom ONE+ Sensor, you must add the sample to your cart and complete the purchase process, which includes the payment of a £4.99 (excluding VAT) postage and packaging charge. A Dexcom account is required to make the purchase. Please sign in or create an account to continue to checkout.
Ensure the details provided during checkout, including name, shipping address, and telephone number, are correct before submission. Delivery details cannot be altered after submission.
Once the purchase is completed, Dexcom will check your details against its existing databases in line with the Privacy Policy to confirm that you are a new customer to Dexcom ONE+. If you pass the eligibility check, Dexcom will deliver one (1) Dexcom ONE+ Sensor.
By completing the purchase, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Any claims that do not comply with these T&Cs may be deemed invalid and disqualified.
You confirm that if you are eligible for one (1) free Dexcom ONE+ Sensor, it shall not be sold, billed, traded, charged, or subject to any claim for reimbursement.
There will be no cash alternative for the free sample.
Dexcom is not liable for any disruption to this Programme for reasons beyond its reasonable control. In the event of disruption, Dexcom will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue and resume the Programme fairly. Additionally, Dexcom accepts no responsibility for purchases that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.
By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these T&C. Any claims not complying with these terms may be deemed invalid and disqualified.

4. Limitation on Number of Entries

By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that:
  • The Programme is only open to eligible individuals listed under paragraph 2.
  • Each eligible individual is only entitled to submit one (1) claim.
Creating multiple accounts or completing the check out process for more than one (1) time per person is strictly prohibited. Any such actions will be considered fraudulent, and Dexcom reserves the right to withhold the relevant sample, report these activities to law enforcement and pursue legal action.

5. Prohibition on Resale and Distribution

You undertake not to resell or distribute the sample of Dexcom ONE+ Sensor under any circumstances. Unauthorized resale constitutes a breach of these T&Cs, and Dexcom reserves the right to claim the current recommended retail price of the Dexcom ONE+ Sensor as a debt.

6. Accuracy and Fraud Prevention

You represent and warrant that the details provided during checkout are correct.
Dexcom reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent activity, including unauthorized multiple purchases, counterfeit information, or identity theft, to law enforcement and pursue legal action as necessary.
In the event of a breach of the T&Cs, Dexcom may impose penalties or seek damages.

7. General

To the extent permitted by law, Dexcom, its agents, or distributors are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the use of the sample, except when caused by Dexcom’s negligence.
If there is any reason to believe that these T&C have been breached, Dexcom may exclude you from participating in the Programme. Dexcom may disqualify any request who it reasonably believes has interfered with or attempted to interfere with the fair running of this Programme.
Dexcom reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Programme and this T&Cs as necessary.

8. Data Privacy

By requesting the sample, you agree that your personal data supplied during this Programme may be shared on to third-party suppliers solely for the purpose of this Programme. You can find more information on our privacy policy.
By participating in the Programme, you agree to receive educational communications about the Dexcom ONE+ system, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Programme is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
