What is continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)?
Dexcom CGM Systems are a diabetes management tool that measures glucose levels 24 hours a day using a sensor inserted just under the skin. The wearable automatically sends glucose readings to a compatible device such as phone or an optional Receiver.† It provides you real-time glucose readings with zero fingerpricks‡ and it can also alert you when your glucose levels are too high or drop too low.
Dexcom G7 and Dexcom ONE+ are our most accurate CGM systems,||,1 giving you the confidence to make informed treatment decisions.

How do insulin pumps work
An insulin pump is a small medical device that helps you with your diabetes management, replacing the need for frequent insulin injections.
It delivers precise doses of rapid-acting insulin 24 hours a day, to keep glucose levels steady between meals and during sleep. This is called basal insulin. Basal insulin is adjustable throughout the day and night to meet changing insulin needs.
Let Tandem do the thinking for you with the t:slim X2™ insulin pump with Control-IQ™ technology
An insulin pump, particularly when paired with a CGM, can improve your diabetes management.
Tandem t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ technology predicts glucose levels 30 minutes ahead using data from the Dexcom CGM, allowing for automatic insulin delivery that predicts and helps prevent highs and lows.
Give yourself the freedom to more easily manage your diabetes with the Tandem t:slim mobile app.§ Simplify your routine with zero fingerpricks‡, no multiple daily injections and enjoy bolusing from your compatible smartphone†,§ without touching your t:slim X2 insulin pump.
Tandem t:slim X2 insulin pump and consumable are fully funded for eligible patients through Pharmac funding.
