Whether you are starting your journey or already loving life with the Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System, here you will find all you need to know to ensure you get the most out of your Dexcom CGM System.
Ready to get started with your new CGM system?
Typically, products will be sent automatically to your home address every 3 months, but we recommend you check with your diabetes healthcare team, so you know how many supplies you are due to receive and for how long.
Open your delivery and check contents as soon as it arrives.
Each sensor should last up to 10 days. If you experience any loss in wear time, please contact our technical support team straight away.

Is your smart device compatible with Dexcom CGM products?
Dexcom products are compatible with a wide range of iOS and Android devices.* If you decide to change your smart device at any time in the future, please remember to check this list.
We advise switching off automatic smart device updates to ensure they donʼt affect the functionality of the Dexcom apps. You can manually apply updates once they have been updated on the compatibility checker.
Managing your Dexcom account
Deliveries
Your products will be sent to you using DPD courier services. A timeslot from DPD will be sent via email/text the day before your delivery is due, with a reminder on the day of delivery.
Donʼt forget to check the contact details on your account are up to date to ensure you receive delivery notifications.
Manage your account
Your username will be the email address you provided to your diabetes healthcare team. You can access your account online here to view and update your account details or check your shipment schedule.

Understanding funding from your diabetes healthcare team
Funding agreements can vary and may need to be reviewed on a regular basis. We recommend that you check with your diabetes healthcare team to find out what has been arranged and to ensure continuation of supply of Dexcom products.

Dexcom G6 App
Download the Dexcom G6 App to your compatible smart device* to see your real-time glucose levels and trends with just a glance. iOS devices come with the ‘ask Siri’ feature on mobile and watch*, so you can hear your glucose levels on the go.
Dexcom Clarity App
Use Dexcom CLARITY software to see data history and trends. View on desktop or download the mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store for quick access on your smart device.
To log in, use the same username and password details as you do for the G6 App.
Dexcom Follow App
Dexcom CGM Systems come with a built-in Share feature, so you can allow up to 10 people to follow your glucose levels. With Dexcom Follow they can see levels and alerts directly from their smart device,† giving you a wider circle of support.
