Try it out during our 10-day guided journey, with the option to join the Dexcom family.

Who is eligible for this programme?

Those who are new to Dexcom and have type 1 diabetes (adults and children age two years and older) are eligible to join the Dexcom Sample Programme.

Is there a cost for participating in this programme?

There is no cost for participating in the Dexcom Sample Programme.

How long does the Dexcom Sample Programme last?

Your sensor will last for up to 10 days after activation. You’ll also receive information on how to join the Dexcom family throughout the programme

Do I need a doctor to insert the Dexcom G7 sensor?

No: You can easily insert the sensor yourself at home. You will receive all the support you need to get started through our online training resources.

How will I receive information and alerts from my Dexcom G7?

You’ll need a compatible smart device as part of this experience: There is no receiver included as part of the Dexcom Sample Programme.

Does the Dexcom G7 work with integrated insulin pumps?

Insulin pump integration is coming soon! We are working closely with our pump partners as they develop the integration with Dexcom G7 CGM System, so it can be available as soon as possible.
In the meantime, people with diabetes will continue to have access to Dexcom G6 CGM system data integrated into multiple pump partner systems.

The Dexcom G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (Dexcom G7 CGM System or G7) is a glucose monitoring system indicated for continuously measuring glucose in the interstitial fluid in persons age 2 years and older, including pregnant women. The Dexcom G7 CGM System is designed to replace finger pricks blood glucose (BG) testing for treatment decisions. Interpretation of the Dexcom G7 CGM System results should be based on glucose trends and several sequential sensor readings over time. The Dexcom G7 CGM System also aids in the detection of episodes of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia, facilitating both acute and long-term therapy adjustments. The Dexcom G7 CGM System is intended for use by patients at home and in healthcare facilities.
